Fees And Charges Explained – Commission Based

At Insurance Revolution we want to provide all our customers with complete transparency around the fees and charges we apply. The following charges will apply if you make any adjustments or alterations to your policy:

Mid-Term Adjustment
  • We will apply a fee of £55 for all changes made on the policy mid-term.
  • This is in addition to any fees that the insurer may charge for adjustments.
  • Fee in lieu of commission applied (if applicable).
  • We do not refund any amount below £10. This will instead be held as credit and will be used against future transactions.
Cancellations Within 14 Days
  • If you cancel within the 14-day cooling off period, the arrangement fee and Low Initial Payment fee (if applicable) are refunded and replaced with £75 Admin fee.
  • If your policy includes a fee in lieu of commission, we will also retain a pro-rata portion of this fee.
  • These charges are in addition to any charges applied by the insurer, including time on cover.
Cancellations After 14 Days
  • We will charge a £55 cancellation fee plus a charge for your time on cover.
  • Any arrangement fee, low deposit fee or insurer administration charges will be non-refundable.
Cancellations Following a Claim
  • £75 Admin fee applied. The arrangement fee and Low Initial Payment fee (if applicable) are retained.
  • If your policy includes a fee in lieu of commission, we will also retain a pro-rata portion of this fee.
  • These charges are in addition to any charges applied by the insurer, including time on cover.
